Rates

$140 per 50-minute therapy session session.

I am a Carefirst Blue Cross Blue Shield In-network provider. The Carefirst BCBS organization I accept includes BlueChoice HMO, PPO AND FEP networks. I am also a provider for Aetna. Benefits are verified before our first session to ensure you have accurate information. 

Insurance Services are also provided in the Out-of-Network category of insurance coverage and/or employee flex spending plans. Most insurance companies cover a significant portion of the session fees.

Payment

Cash, check or credit card at time of service -monthly statements are provided for your records and CMS forms are available to help you when filing with your insurance for reimbursement. Receipts are immediately available for credit card payments.

Cancellation Policy

Treatment outcomes are most successful and overall treatment time shorter when therapy is attended on a consistent weekly basis. However, every effort is make to accommodate life's unexpected schedule changes. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice. If that is not done, you will be charged full-price for any missed appointments. Emergency Cancellations (within 24 hours) due to a family emergency or some other unforeseeable infrequent circumstance will be a courtesy reschedule. Please be aware that insurance companies do not make payment for missed appointments. (You will not be charged for weather-related cancellations if area schools are closed due to the weather at the time of your appointment.)
