Welcome

I am a Youth and Family Therapist who has been helping youth for over twenty years. I provide services for Substance Abuse Treatment, Mental Health Assessment, Stress Management, Depression Treatment, Anxiety Treatment, Parenting Support, ADHD Treatment, and Teen Counseling. In addition to youth I work with adults and couples seeking therapeutic help. The office is located in Herndon, VA on the boundary of Reston, Sterling, Great Falls, and Dulles.  I am excited that you are looking at my website and hope I can provide the approach you find helpful.  

I have learned that people have what they need to feel and be successful. Often just talking to a caring person who listens, points out your strengths, and helps you to find solutions is exactly what you need. I don't give up and I don't let my client's leave my office without a positive, healthy strategy.
